A nationally-accredited multi-program youth
service agency serving Monroe County seeks qualified applicants for Director of
Staff Development. The job consists of planning, organizing and coordinating
ongoing training of employees by performing numerous duties. Must be
computer literate. Must have or obtain CPR, Life Guard and Aggression Management
Certifications. Salary depends on experience.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or one or more year’s related experience in
training.
All employees must retain a valid Florida driver’s license and pass a complete
Background check and drug screening test.
