YOU ARE

Not Alone.

Things can get really hard sometimes — at home, at school or just in life. Whatever you are going through, you do not have to figure it out by yourself.

Our programs are offered at no cost to the family. Everything you share with us is confidential. And there will always be someone available to talk, 24/7, every day of the year.

HOW WE

Can Help

Someone to Talk to

All of our local organizations have free individual and/or family counseling services for young people ages 6-17. You do not need your parents to make the first call; you can reach out on your own.

A Safe Place to Stay and Get Support

If things feel unsafe at home, you are thinking about leaving, or you do not have a safe place to go, help is available. Our shelters are open 24/7 and offer a safe, private place where caring staff are there to listen, support you and help you figure out next steps.

Help with School

If school has been hard lately, whether you have missed classes, had trouble staying enrolled, or are dealing with conflict at school, our counselors can help you understand your options, and make a plan that supports you.

Family Support

We work with young people and their families together — because we know that when families communicate better, everyone does better.
