About the event
Join the Florida Network for our Fall Quality Improvement Community (QIC) Meeting, November 3–5, 2026, at Zota Beach Resort in Longboat Key, Florida. This gathering brings member organizations together to share lessons, discuss emerging issues, and explore practical ways to strengthen services for youth and families across the state.
The program will feature Stress X Continuum with DJJ Secretary Matt Walsh and Mind Hacked: Defending Against the Digital Age with Dale Thompson, along with a review of quality improvement trends from the Florida Network’s QI team. Participants will also explore lessons from CINS LEAD and take part in an interactive session on hospitality and its role in our work.
Network updates will cover contracts and performance, outreach, policies, medication cart practices, and the Leadership Council. These conversations will connect statewide priorities with day-to-day practice, including how performance measures and quality of care support one another.
